  1. Do not exaggerate your problems.
  2. Stop talking about your problems. 
    1. No one cares. 
    2. Focusing on solutions brings them nearer. 
  3. Avoid others experiencing problems. 
  4. Only accept guidance form those in advance of you. 
  5. Tell the truth to yourself about your errors. 
    1. Take responsibility. 
  6. Understand your fear. 
  7. Dramatically reduce or increase your load. 
    1. Ask yourself: What am I going to let go of? 
    2. Ask yourself: How can I use pressure to start my engine? Doing all the things that make me ______ (your name). 
  8. Continue talking like Muhammad Ali, dressing like Ghaddafi and spitting game like MDB.
